Learn about Splyce

Minting, buying and access.

There are two ways to get exposure to SFULC. You can mint it directly through Splyce, or you can buy it on a decentralized exchange, such as Raydium.
Both give the same exposure to the same underlying credit strategy.

Minting SFULC

Users can mint SFULC directly through the Splyce dApp by depositing supported stablecoins.
When a user mints SFULC:
  • Stablecoins are deposited into the SFULC vault
  • SFULC is issued based on the current value of the underlying strategy
  • Yield begins accruing automatically over time
Minting is designed for users who want direct access to the product at net asset value.

Buying SFULC on the secondary market

SFULC can also be bought and sold on decentralized exchanges, such as Raydium.
Buying SFULC on a DEX provides:
  • The same economic exposure
  • The same yield accrual
  • The same underlying credit strategy
There is no difference in how SFULC earns yield, regardless of how it is acquired.

Secondary market access

SFULC is designed to be tradable onchain.
At launch, Splyce is seeding seven-figure liquidity on Raydium to support secondary market trading.
